("we," "us," or "Kami Vision"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our Video AI security detection platform and related services (the "Services").   • Account Information: Email address and credentials you provide during registration, along with profile details you choose to add.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe, including payment method type and transaction history. We do not directly store your full credit card numbers or bank account details — this information is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Usage Data: API call records, Credits consumption history, Skill usage patterns, subscription activity, and login logs.
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and access timestamps.
  • Content Data: Video data and images submitted through the API for processing by detection Skills. This data is processed to deliver detection results and is handled in accordance with this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Tracking Credits consumption and enforcing usage limits
  • Sending service-related notifications, updates, and security alerts

  • Payment and transaction records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance

  • Content data (video/images) submitted via the API is processed in real-time and not stored beyond the processing period unless otherwise specified
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
